Reward customers for leaving product reviews with automatic store credit payouts.
Review rewards automatically send store credit to customers after they leave a product review. You can reward text, photo, and video reviews at different amounts to incentivise richer content.
How it works
- A customer places an order and receives an email prompting them to leave a review.
- They submit a review via your configured review integration (e.g. Judge.me, Reviews.io).
- memberr Loyalty detects the review and credits the customer's account according to your configured reward amounts.
Getting started
Head to Loyalty → Reviews in your memberr dashboard to enable review rewards and configure reward amounts.
