Settings
Configure reward amounts for text, photo, and video reviews.
Navigate to Loyalty → Reviews → Settings to manage review reward configuration.
Reward amounts
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Text review amount | Store credit awarded for a text-only review. |
| Photo review amount | Store credit awarded when the review includes at least one photo. |
| Video review amount | Store credit awarded when the review includes a video. |
Amounts are additive: a review with a photo earns the text amount plus the photo amount.
Limits
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Max reviews per customer | Maximum number of reviews a single customer can earn rewards for. Set to 0 for unlimited. |
| Reward period (days) | Reviews submitted more than this many days after the order date will not earn a reward. |
Enabling / disabling
Toggle Active at the top of the settings page to turn review rewards on or off globally.
