Flow builder
Build cart upsell flows with Cart viewed trigger, conditions, A/B splits, and upsell offers.
Open a funnel to edit it on the visual canvas. Cart flows start when the shopper views the cart (drawer open / cart viewed).
Steps
| Step | Role |
|---|---|
| Condition | Branch Yes/No on a predicate over facts (for example note, cart value, tags). |
| A/B Split | Weighted deterministic split pinned to the customer. |
| Upsell | Pause the flow to offer a product; continue on accept or decline. |
Drag steps onto + connectors on the canvas. Terminal nodes are Flow ends.
Flow settings
With no step selected, the right panel shows flow-level settings:
| Setting | What it does |
|---|---|
| Name | Label in the funnels list. |
| Starts when | Cart viewed (fixed for cart drawer funnels). |
| Offers expire after | How long the customer can complete the flow (0 = never expire). |
| Limits | Cap how often the flow can be offered across visits. |
Use On, Save, and Publish in the top bar. Unpublished changes stay draft until you publish.
