Donations
Causes
Add and manage the charitable causes customers can donate their store credit to.
Navigate to Loyalty → Donations → Causes to manage the list of causes shown to customers.
Adding a cause
- Click Add cause.
- Fill in:
- Name - displayed to customers (e.g. "Plant a Tree").
- Description - short explanation of what the donation supports.
- Image - a logo or representative image for the cause.
- Website URL (optional) - links customers to more information about the cause.
- Click Save.
The cause becomes immediately visible in the widget once saved.
Managing causes
You can reorder, hide, or delete causes at any time. Hiding a cause removes it from the widget without deleting its historical donation data.
Donation fulfilment
Donations made through memberr are tracked in your dashboard. memberr does not automatically transfer funds - you are responsible for fulfilling donations to the causes based on the recorded totals.
