Donations
Let customers donate their store credit to charitable causes directly from your store.
Donations allow customers to convert their store credit balance into a donation to a charitable cause you have configured. This is a powerful way to let customers feel good about their rewards while supporting causes your brand cares about.
How it works
- You configure one or more donation causes with a name, description, and image.
- Customers see the Donate option in the memberr widget.
- They choose an amount (within the configured limits) and confirm the donation.
- Their store credit balance is reduced and the donation is recorded.
Getting started
Head to Loyalty → Donations in your memberr dashboard to enable donations and configure causes.
