Donations
Settings
Configure the minimum and maximum donation amounts and global toggle.
Navigate to Loyalty → Donations → Settings to manage donation configuration.
Active
Toggle Active to enable or disable the donations feature globally. When disabled, the donate option is hidden from the widget for all customers.
Donation limits
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Minimum donation amount | The smallest amount of store credit a customer can donate in a single transaction. |
| Maximum donation amount | The largest amount of store credit a customer can donate in a single transaction. Set to 0 for no maximum. |
Customers can only donate amounts within their current store credit balance. If their balance is lower than the minimum, the donate option is unavailable.
