Communication

Where to show Store Credit so customers notice and use it.

Store Credit only works if customers see what they earn and what they already have - before, during, and after a purchase. Use this page as a map of the touchpoints that matter. The linked guides have the setup steps.

WidgetAlways-on balance and apply controlsActivate the memberr widget in the theme. See memberr Widget and Widget settings.

Start with the product page and cart. Those two alone make cashback visible before checkout.

In email

Connect Klaviyo (or Mailchimp) so memberr can sync balances and fire lifecycle events.

Practical flows to set up early:

  1. After purchase - show credit earned on the order (confirmation / post-purchase).
  2. When credit becomes available - if you use an availability delay.
  3. Before expiry - remind customers with a balance that will expire soon.

Use balance merge fields in templates and events (store credit added, store credit available, store credit will expire, ...) as flow triggers.

Copy and locales

Customer-facing labels in account blocks, checkout extensions, and the Store Credit name are editable per language in the app.

See Translations.
