Social media rewards let customers earn store credit by completing actions on social platforms - such as following your account, sharing a post, or tagging your brand.
How it works
- You configure which platforms and actions earn rewards.
- A customer completes an action (e.g. follows you on Instagram).
- They submit a claim via the memberr widget or loyalty page.
- You review and approve the claim; the customer receives store credit.
Getting started
Head to Loyalty → Social Media in your memberr dashboard to configure platforms and reward amounts.
