Social Actions
Configure which social media actions customers can complete to earn store credit.
Navigate to Loyalty → Social Media → Actions to manage the actions available on each platform.
Supported platforms
- TikTok
- YouTube
- X (Twitter)
Action types
| Action | Description |
|---|---|
| Follow | Customer follows your account on a platform. |
| Share / Repost | Customer shares or reposts a specific post or page. |
| Tag | Customer tags your brand in a post. |
| Review | Customer leaves a review on a platform (e.g. Google). |
Configuring an action
- Select the platform from the list.
- Toggle the action to Active.
- Enter the reward amount (store credit) for completing the action.
- Optionally provide a direct link to your profile or the post customers should interact with.
- Save.
Customers will see available actions in the memberr widget under the Earn tab.
