Launch a Campaign
Create a Store Credit airdrop: segment, amount, available at, expiry.
Open the memberr app → Campaigns → Create new (or equivalent).
Steps
- Select a customer segment - Shopify segment whose members receive credit. Create one first if needed: Create a segment.
- Set the credit amount - Same amount for every customer in the segment.
- Set Available at - Date and time when the credit becomes usable.
- Set expiry (optional) - Days until this airdrop credit expires. Does not change existing balances.
- Launch - memberr credits the segment. Large segments can take a few minutes; track progress on the Campaigns list.
