Create a Segment
Build a Shopify customer segment for Store Credit campaigns.
Campaigns target a Shopify customer segment. Build it in Shopify Admin, then pick it when you launch a campaign.
Create a segment in Shopify
- Go to Customers → Segments.
- Click Create segment.
- Define filters (orders, spend, last purchase, products, location, …).
- Save the segment with a clear name - that name is what shows up in memberr and in Klaviyo after an airdrop.
Useful segment ideas for campaigns
