Expiration

Expiration (in days) is how long cashback credit stays spendable after it becomes available. When it expires, that balance is no longer usable. Only cashback from this programme is affected by this setting - other sources have their own rules.

Remind customers before expiry. Use the Klaviyo event store credit will expire (e.g. 14, 7, or 3 days out): Events.

Choose a window that matches repurchase

Before you set expiry, check median days between orders on the Analytics page in memberr. Set cashback expiry longer than that lag so most customers can redeem before credit disappears.
