Cashback
Overview
Cashback credits Store Credit after each purchase - settings, display, and where to start.
Cashback issues Store Credit to the customer after a successful purchase, as a percentage of the order value. It is the ongoing earn path; one-off sends belong under Campaigns.
Settings at a glance
| Setting | What it does |

| Percentage | Share of purchase credited as Store Credit (e.g. 5% of €100 → €5) |
| Availability delay | Days until that credit can be spent - see Availability delay |
| Expires in | Optional days until cashback credit expires - see Expiration |
Memberships can override the base percentage - see Membership-dependent cashback.
Where customers see it
- Product page - earn amount on the PDP
- Cart drawer - earn amount in cart
- Store sections - metafields in theme sections
- Emails - merge fields and lifecycle events
