Upsells

Recommended products and free-gift offers in the customer account.

Subscribers can see upsell blocks in the customer account - recommendations from Smart Upsells or your hand-built upsell flows, including free-gift style offers and a searchable sale list.

Shop language UI (German in this screenshot): headings such as “you might also like”, a free-gift offer, and a searchable product list for adding to the next order or the subscription - depending on how the flow / Smart Upsells Apply accepted upsells to setting is configured.

Configure offers under Smart upsells. Staff can also attach one-time upsells from Edit products on a contract.

Cancel and retention

Mobile cancel reason, sub-reason, and retention offer accept or cancel anyway.
