Getting started
Install memberr Subscriptions, create selling plans, add the product widget, and optionally turn on retention flows.
Get from install to a live subscription offer on the product page, with customers managing contracts in their account.
Setup checklist
- Install memberr Subscriptions from the Shopify App Store and open the app for your shop.
- Create selling plan groups (subscription offers) and attach products - intervals, pricing, and delivery options live under Selling Plan Groups in the app.
- Add the subscription widget to the product page (theme app extension / theme editor) so shoppers can pick a plan at checkout.
- Confirm that new orders create subscription contracts under Contracts → Subscription Contracts.
- (Optional) Configure Dunning under payment recovery settings - max retries, retry schedule, final action (pause or cancel), and upcoming-billing reminders via integrations such as Klaviyo.
- (Optional) Build Cancel flows so retention offers run when a customer starts cancelling in the customer portal.
- (Optional) Enable Nudging, Smart Upsells, or Cashback campaigns under Flows.
- (Optional) Connect Klaviyo for lifecycle events.
