Overview
High-level subscription KPIs: revenue, MRR, active contracts, net growth, and orders.
Overview is the default analytics landing page. Use it for a period snapshot of subscription revenue and growth, then drill into products, cohort, or cancel flow when something moves.
KPIs
| Metric | What it means |
|---|---|
| Subscription Revenue | Revenue attributed to subscription orders in the selected period. |
| Current MRR | Monthly recurring revenue from active subscription contracts. |
| Active Subscriptions | Contracts currently active. |
| Net Growth | Net change in subscription value over the period (gains minus losses). |
| Subscription Orders | Orders billed from subscription contracts in the period. |
Growth and daily activity
Use the growth / gain-loss views and daily subscription count charts to see when activations and cancellations cluster. Stacked daily charts typically separate active vs cancelled activity and subscription vs non-subscription revenue.
Contracts and orders widgets
Lower on the page, contracts and orders widgets summarize counts and breakdowns for the same date range - useful before opening an individual contract under Contracts.
Date range
Filters at the top (presets such as Last 30 days, custom range, comparison, Refresh) apply to the whole Overview page.
