Cancel flow
Cancel sources, save rate, saved vs cancelled sessions, and reason breakdown.
Cancel flow analytics (Cancel analytics in the app) measures how cancellations start, whether retention offers save the subscription, and which reasons customers pick.
Cancellation breakdown
| Source | What it means |
|---|---|
| Cancel flow | Cancellations that went through a retention cancel flow. |
| Cancelled by customer | Customer-initiated cancels outside the cancel flow. |
| Passively cancelled | Cancelled after failed payment / dunning exhaustion. |
| Others | Remaining sources. |
Save trends and reasons
Key period stats include:

| Total cancellations | All cancels in the period, including those that never saw a flow. |
| Saves | Subscriptions where a retention offer was applied. |
| Net saves (30d) | Saves that were still active 30 days later (or as of now for younger saves). |
| Save rate | Saves ÷ cancel intents. |
| MRR saved | Monthly recurring revenue of subscriptions saved in the period. |
Daily charts compare cancelled vs saved sessions. Reason and sub-reason donuts (and tables) show why customers try to leave - feed that insight back into Cancel flows treatments.
