Customer Cards
Design visual loyalty cards shown to customers inside the widget and on their account page.
Customer cards give each customer a visual representation of their loyalty status. Cards are displayed inside the widget and can optionally be shown on your customer account pages.
Navigate to Loyalty → Widget → Customer Card to use the visual card editor.
Card editor
The card editor provides a live preview of how the card will look for customers at different membership tiers.
Configurable elements
| Element | Description |
|---|---|
| Background | Solid colour, gradient, or uploaded image. |
| Logo | Your store logo or a custom image for the loyalty programme. |
| Text colour | Colour applied to the customer name and balance display. |
| Tier badge | Shows the customer's current membership tier name. |
| Balance display | Current store credit balance shown on the card. |
Per-tier cards
You can configure different card designs for each membership tier. Customers automatically see the card matching their current tier. This creates an aspirational effect where higher tiers have more premium-looking cards.
Publishing
Changes in the card editor take effect immediately - no deployment is required. Customers will see the updated card the next time they open the widget.
