KPIs
| Metric | What it means |
|---|---|
| Active carts | Distinct carts with any drawer activity in the period (with count of carts that had adds). |
| Open cart value | Total value of carts that still held items at their latest activity. |
| Orders | Orders placed in the period, with cart → order rate (volume comparison). |
| Revenue | Total order value in store currency (with AOV). |
