Home
Home dashboard KPIs for tracked carts, conversion, abandoned carts, and upsell revenue.
Home is the org dashboard for cart health: how many carts you track, how often they convert to orders, and how much revenue upsells attribute. Open it from the sidebar Home item (or treat it as the default analytics landing). Filters share Refresh, presets, and a date range with the other Analytics tabs.
Lifetime tiles
| Metric | What it means |
|---|---|
| Carts tracked | Distinct cart tokens that have reported drawer activity since tracking began. |
| Upsell revenue | Revenue attributed to cart upsell offers. |
| Open cart value | Total value of carts that currently still hold items. |
| Abandoned carts | Carts that still hold items and have had no activity for 24 hours. |
Charts
Cart activity stacks drawer events per period (loaded, opened/closed, item add/update/remove, discount apply/remove, note updated, checkout started). Conversion rate is orders divided by distinct active carts in the same period - a volume comparison, not a strict 1:1 cart-to-order link.
Period KPIs
| Metric | What it means |
|---|---|
| Active carts | Distinct carts with drawer activity in the selected period (with count of carts that had adds). |
| cart → order rate | Orders ÷ active carts in the same period. |
| Store revenue | Total order revenue in the period (with order count and AOV). |
| Upsell revenue | Attributed upsell revenue in the period. |
Abandoned carts (Carts / Value toggle) buckets carts by last activity. Abandoned means no activity for 24 hours while items remain.
Funnel and abandoned table
Funnel: Cart → Order steps typically show carts active → carts with adds → orders placed, plus period revenue. Below that, Active carts vs orders and Upsell revenue over time track daily volume. Recently abandoned carts lists idle carts that still hold items - open details to jump into a session.
Date range
Period KPIs and charts respect the Home date filters. Lifetime tiles at the top stay cumulative.
