Navigate to Loyalty → Performance Advisor.
How it works
Each recommendation includes:
- Severity - critical, warning, or suggestion
- A short explanation
- A link into the relevant settings
Common recommendations
Low cashback redemption rate
Many earn, few redeem → lower minimum order for redemption or enable auto-apply. Redeem paths: Communication.
Expiring credits not communicated
Expiration on, no reminder email → connect Klaviyo (or your ESP) and enable will-expire messaging.
Missing integration
Klaviyo connected but recommended flows missing (balance reminder, tier upgrade) → Klaviyo overview and quickstart.
Dismissing a recommendation
Dismiss hides a card. Restore from the Dismissed tab.
Refresh frequency
Recommendations refresh daily from latest programme data.
