Bulk send Store Credit

Send Store Credit to many customers via CSV or a Campaign segment.

Use bulk sending for loyalty rewards, compensation batches, or promotional credit. Pick the path by how you have the audience:

A Shopify customer segment + one amountCampaign (one-time Store Credit)

Option 1 - CSV upload

  1. Prepare a CSV with email and amount (optional note).
  2. Go to Loyalty → Store Credit → Bulk Send → Upload CSV.
  3. Review the preview, then Send.

Credits process immediately. Each row becomes a transaction; customers get a notification if email is enabled.

Option 2 - Customer segment

  1. Loyalty → Campaigns → New campaign.
  2. Type: One-time Store Credit.
  3. Audience: Shopify customer segment.
  4. Set amount and expiration; schedule or send now.

Limits

  • CSV: up to 10,000,000 rows per file.
  • Invalid emails are skipped and listed in the error report.

Notifications

With communication enabled, customers get a Store Credit email. Customise under Settings → Communication - map of touchpoints: Communication.
