KPIs
| Metric | What it means |

| Total failures | Every failure event - load failures, save failures, and block-level errors. |
| Load failures | Times the extension could not load order data - the customer saw an error instead of the editor. |
| Save failures | Save attempts that errored - the customer tried to commit changes and failed. |
