Save funnel
Distinct sessions from loaded extension through save and pay.
Save funnel shows distinct sessions reaching each step. Drop-offs between steps highlight where customers stall.
Steps
| Step | What it means |
|---|---|
| Loaded extension | Sessions that rendered the order-editing extension at all. |
| Opened a block | Sessions that expanded at least one disclosure (any block). |
| Clicked save | Sessions that pressed save / save & pay on the action bar. |
| Save succeeded | Sessions where the save committed without an error. |
| Clicked pay | Sessions where the customer continued to checkout payment. |
Columns: Sessions, % of loaded, % of previous.
If many sessions open a block but few click save, revisit module UX. If save is clicked but fails, check Errors.
