Per-block funnel
Distinct sessions that opened the block, engaged with it, then committed their changes (via save, or directly for cancellations).

| Engagement rate | Engaged ÷ Opened |
| Completion rate | Completed ÷ Engaged |
Use low engagement to revisit module order or copy under Customer experience, and low completion to check Operations or Errors.
